Delivery & Returns
Delivery
Goods are usually shipped within 3 days of receiving orders. Upon shipment, goods arrive within 2 days either by Parcelforce of Fedex. If you should experience any delay in recieiving your order, then please let us know so that we can track your order. For urgent orders, we advise customers to check stock availability before placing an order.
Damaged or Incorrect Goods
We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase. However, in the unlikely event that you should receive damaged or incorrect goods in your delivery, then please notify World Playground within 7 days of receipt. You will be offered the option of a refund or an exchange. You may be asked to return goods to World Playground for inspection so that we can assess the cause of the damage.

Goods are sold as musical instruments and not sold as toys.Suitable for children with a minimum age of 3. We recommend that children under 7 are supervised when playing the instruments.Please note that all instruments are hand-made and must be handled with care.Kindly note that all goods may vary in style, colour and design from images shown. Images are not to scale.Only water soluble acrylic paints and varnishes are used in the manufacturing of goods.World Playground reserves the right to change prices at any time.All goods remain the property of World Playground until paid for in full.
