How to Order

World Playground is a TRADE ONLY website!

If you are new to World Playground and would like to find out more about our products and open an account, please go to the Trade Enquiries page for further details.

Existing Trade Customers
Please use the any of the following methods to place your order. Please quote your account number and order reference, if appropriate. Please note that the minimum order is £150 and carriage is paid on orders over £250!

Delivery Charges
Orders are dispatched daily through Royal Mail, Parcelforce and FedEx. Please allow 1-6 days for delivery. Goods that are out of stock will be be dispatched as soon as new stock comes in. We advise customers to check stock availability before placing an order.

Orders under £250 will incur a carriage charge of £9.40.
Delivery is free on orders of £250 (pre-VAT) or more.
The minimum order is £150 (pre-VAT)
The first 2 orders are on a proforma basis until a credit history has been established. All credit accounts are subject to approval.
To set up an account, a completed credit application form must be provided.
Payment terms are strictly 30 days from invoice date.

World Playground also ships to other destinations outside of mainland UK. Please Contact Us for details about distributing to Europe and other worldwide destinations.

Although every effort is made to maintain the current prices, all prices are subject to change at any time.
All goods remain the property of World Playground until fully paid for.
Products are sold as musical instruments and not sold as toys.
We recommend a minimum age of 3 + for all instruments.
All images are for illustration purposes only and are not to scale.
As almost all of our musical instruments are hand-made using natural materials, colours, style and sizes may vary.

Only water soluble acrylic paints and varnishes are used in the manufacturing process.

Please handle all instruments with care and store in a clean, dry area.
